The refund policy includes a contingent 14-day money back guarantee. The contingency requires that within the first 14 days of the program enrollment date (the date that the program begins) that all quizzes are passed if you’re in the Self-Study Plus program and challenges are submitted if you’re in the mentorship program. This participation in the program is required to qualify for a full refund. The refunds are handled through Stripe and could take up to 30 days to resolve and return to the payment method you used through Stripe. Cancellations after acceptance into the mentorship program and payment is made, but before the enrollment date (when the program begins), is allowed. Please contact the instructor if you wish to request a refund under this policy. Requests are subject to review and at the discretion of the instructor to determine qualification under these terms.
